Crusher machine
Tear-circle hammer mill crusher machine
Adopting international advanced technique, crush room is designed as water drop. With special twice crush design, crush efficiency is greatly improved. With full open operating door, elasticity sieve pressing mechanism, easy to maintain and replace sieve.
Double shaft paddle mixer machine
Mixed in gravity-free state, no segregation, variety of liquids can be added. Two open doors structure, discharge rapidly, no leakage, less residue.
Series Double Shaft Paddle Mixer Short mixing time(40-120sec/batch), high evenness degree(CV≤5%)may be up to 2%.
Ring die feed pellet machine
Frequency conversion feeding to ensure homogeneous material,lengthen and thickening stainless steel materials,dig open door intensity conditioner, more than 2-4 times volume capacity, long curing time, the return rate of feed improve 3-5%, adopt steam injection equipment to prevent the steam reflection.
Series ring die pellet mill main engine drives, high precision gear, ring die in quick detaching encircling hoop type, output higher 20% than belt drive.
Crumbler machine
Three-roller structure, balanced and continuous work, advantages of equal sizes of finished products, high broken efficiency.
Less grading returned materials, high rate of finished products, Installed with feeder, low consumption.
Counter-flow cooler machine
On the Principle of the advanced counter flow cooling, SKLN series counter flow cooler is equipped with a reciprocating grate type discharging device, which is characterized by its smooth material flowing and uniform discharging.
The octagon cooling bin has eliminated dead cooling corner, which is beneficial to the cooling treatment of materials.
Screener machine
Low breakdown, less maintenance, simple operation, the gearbox adopts non-gear transmission way, dispense with oil lubrication, avoid oil pollution with oil leakage
It changes the tail sliding support into elastic support, avoid deposited material avoid cross contamination
